An evening designed to guide you back into relationship with the water that you are.

The human body is composed of roughly 70% water by volume and 99.92% molecularly. That water is not static — it moves through fascia, responds to breath and sound, carries electrical charge, and plays a critical role in nervous system communication and cellular function.

This two-hour, signature Wild Waters Wellness experience is a whole-body journey into Water Body Wellness and the wisdom carried within your crystalline body — blending embodied practice with introductory physiological understanding. Through a carefully curated progression, you will experience:

• A restorative, multi-sensory oceanscape yoga practice to soften fascia, support fluid movement, and shift the body toward parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) regulation.


• Guided embodiment practices that strengthen your understanding of your body’s inner hydrology and its language.


• An extended 528Hz frequency sound bath to support nervous system recalibration and whole-system coherence.


• A fine waters tasting experiencing Water’s stories and personalities, and exploring mineral composition, taste, and how structured water influences hydration and absorption from at least 5 different waters.

This is both sensory and educational. Restorative and activating. Grounding and expansive.

You will leave with:


– A deeper understanding of your water body and its potential. Embodied insight into how rhythm, hydration, and frequency influence physiology.


– A more regulated nervous system.


– A felt sense of alignment and renewal as your own waters get an upgrade from bulk water to revitalized, living water.

All levels welcome.Please bring a mat and water bottle. There will be water during the tasting and also blue solarized structured water for our opening ritual.
