Love Your Liver - 6-Week Coaching Series
The six week “Love Your Liver” course that Sarah offers could not have come at a better time for me. I had been dealing with some health issues that left me iron deficient anemic. I was feeling exhausted on a daily basis, wasn’t making the best health choices, and was trying to find a way to get back on the right track and boost my iron intake. I had mentioned these issues to Sarah and she had suggested some resources regarding focusing on my liver. It sounded very interesting but if I’m being honest, I didn’t have the time to read another book. Sarah worked out a wonderful six week program that highlighted important information about liver health and how to best support your liver. We set aside 30 minutes each week to discuss new information, chat about my progress, and go over some easy tasks to incorporate into my daily life. Not only is Sarah very knowledgeable in this topic, she explains things in a way that is easy to understand and just makes sense. The “home play” tasks that she gave me were not very time consuming and fairly easy to work into my already hectic schedule. I have truly enjoyed our sessions together and the gentle guidance she has offered. Sarah is great at listening to your concerns and helping to find manageable solutions. She has done a wonderful job of encouraging me along the way and checking in to make sure things are going well. I highly recommend a course like this or any other courses that Sarah has to offer.
