April 29–May 2, 2027 | Wild Rice Retreat | Bayfield, Wisconsin
An embodied journey into the healing nature of water.
Sit beside water long enough and something in you exhales. Your shoulders drop, your breath slows, and your nervous system remembers how to rest. That’s the Blue Mind effect, and for four days on the shore of Lake Superior it becomes the whole rhythm of your day.
Join Wild Waters Wellness in exploring Blue Mind, water consciousness, sensory awareness, and the art of living in greater harmony with nature.
In your body, you’ll feel revitalized. You’ll slow into a cedar sauna, a Rain Room, and a bed that’s yours alone, and feel rested and fully nourished.
In your mind, the noise softens. You’ll feel peace and contentment, and a quiet sense of safety.
In your heart, you’ll feel connected to the lake, to thirteen other women, and to a long-lost friend you may not have spent time with in years: you.
In your spirit, you’ll feel something awaken. It’s a remembering of who you’ve always been, expansive and fluid, whole and illuminated.
The setting is a Scandinavian-inspired sanctuary in 100 acres of forest, and every detail is made to inspire a little wonder. This is a deluxe retreat meant to leave you feeling nurtured and nourished in every possible way!

SEA SOUL Session with Brita Caroline Photography
I have had the honor of working with Brita and having my own SEA SOUL sessions. Let's just say, it's the most blissful therapy one can experience!! What Brita shares: "I have found this magical bond happen when I ask my clients to get right into Lake Superior for their photos. What starts out as a hesitant tiptoe, often ends in something I am not in charge of and could never orchestrate on my own. It's between Water and the Woman."

Tucked into 100 acres of Northwoods forest along Lake Superior, Wild Rice Retreat offers a Scandinavian-inspired modern sanctuary for rest, reflection, and connection with nature.
Between gatherings, explore forest trails and dramatic lake views, spend time in the sauna and Rain Room, or simply enjoy the spaciousness of having nowhere else to be.
Your retreat includes three nights of accommodation, three meals daily, and access to the retreat’s included wellness amenities. Optional spa services, including massage, may be booked separately.
Every accommodation includes your own bed and private bathroom.

She guides women into their bodies and into the rhythms of nature, so they can recalibrate on every level and live in sync with what their bodies (and souls) actually need.
Her work is rooted in a simple yet expansive belief: water is not merely something we consume or encounter in the landscape. It is an essential part of how we experience life. It is YOU.
Through Wild Waters Wellness, Sarah brings together Ayurveda, Blue Mind Wellness, Nature Therapy, 528 Hz crystal harp sound journeys, and fine water tasting to help you tend your own waters and step into the clear, expansive space of Blue Mind.

Come curious. Come open to the unexpected. Come ready to experience Lake Superior not simply as a destination, but as part of the conversation.
Fourteen women. One Great Lake. A new way of experiencing water.
