About

Water has always been my creative muse.

For over 20 years, I have been in the world of beauty- stylist, educator, manager, and mentor. In 2012, my practice began to evolve because I began to evolve. Ayurveda, nature therapy, and yoga significantly shifted my health and my understandings of it, which led to the unfolding of a soul-deep exploration of not only myself, but life and my purpose. It brought me back to nature. It brought me back to my roots. It brought me back to the wisdoms of healthy living that are so innate within our cells, that when simply remembered, you can literally feel it ripple through your body and make the hairs stand up on your arms.

It brought me back to WATER.

In a world that finds itself in a rapid flow of change, chaos, and the questioning of everything, the ability to connect, create, and nurture healthy relationships is literally medicine. It is what I have been cultivating and refining for decades through my first career behind the chair and in the community. Tens of thousands of intimate conversations, countless moments of active listening, and even more time spent in the practice of building dynamic relationships – it is a profession in which success directly correlates to the ability to create connection and the quality of relationships formed. As different as we all are, each a droplet of water making an ocean, we are quite similar and some will argue, one and the same. We all desire to love and to live a life of meaning…we also all need clean water to survive. The above some will argue with, but water – it’s what we have in common no matter what the story or background or perspective we hold dear.

Our relationship to it drives the needle from survive to thrive.

My roots began in the soil fed by the water of the Great Lakes Region. Having lived all over the states from mountains, to islands, and from country sides to the heart of cities, I have found a constant factor that significantly impacts my state of health – Water.

Our world is mostly water; we are mostly water. As humanity, we do not know much about water. Water from tap, from well, from bottle, from filter are all very different. Even the knowledge of oceans is limited and constantly growing. And what about the ocean that lives within us? That’s a fresh perspective that is starting to show up in conversations! It’s time we begin acknowledging and navigating our water bodies and the quality, characteristics, energetics, and the stories of that water which lives within us, around us, and is being offered to us to consume.

Now, Water is my wellness coach. My studio. My partner. My passion. My message.

Through mindful experiences on and with the water, harmonized healthy water options to sip, and integrative wellness practices with a fresh expression on tradition, I am here to help you reconnect to and attune to the waters within you.

Rooted in Ayurveda, Yoga, Frequency, and the wisdoms and potentiality of Water, my work helps individuals decode their body’s language, reset their nervous system, and step into a more harmonious state of being. Deeply connected. Through immersive experiences like the Water Body Restorative Flow and 528 Hz Heal and Harmonize Frequency Body Treatment, and my elevated experiences with Water through "With Love, From Water" Retreats and Fine Water Tastings, clients are guided to reconnect with their internal waters, activating a next level of living and learning to flow with life rather than resist it. The results are gently transformative (sustainable and enjoyable) and create ripples meant to reach far and wide. By integrating ancient traditions with fresh, multi-sensory practices, I strive to empower my clients to cultivate a life of joy, vitality, and true alignment.
