The anchor for the entire series, we will open up with a deep dive into the 6 tastes, their qualities, actions and benefits, how to use them, their signs of imbalance, and how they can all show up in harmony in every meal - for the health of it. When you have all six tastes in your meals, you feel content. Yes, you will be tasting them all in class, too!
