In Ayurveda, it is your digestive fire, your Agni, that fuels your immunity, your ability to receive what life throws your way and what you bring into your body, and your alchemical process of creating Ahara Rasa (life-giving sap) out of it all.
This workshop will teach you how to create something healthy and palatable with what you have on hand. We will go through the 6 tastes, the 6 tools of meal creation (salt, fat, acid, heat, attitude, intention), and kitchen pantry and apothecary staples.
From my kitchen to my clients' kitchens, my strength is taking what I have and creating an enjoyable result. There are certain ingredients to have on hand that can create endless possibilities. Imagination and determination drive the magic. This workshop will be awakening your inner creatrix and inspiring fresh ideas for an empowered approach to any situation - curveballs and all!

Come as you are, bring something to take notes in and with. The Collective Healing Center is located in the middle of errands-land and has a parking lot - an easy pivot point for weekend to do's and quick drop-in for some health coaching!
