Sunday Outdoor will be at Bayshore Park in New Franken @ 10:30am and the Wednesday 7pms that are towards the end of each month will be off of Nicolet Road or another Green Bay Area park. Stay tuned!

A Wild Waters Wellness Signature Experience

Blue Mind Yoga is a Blue Mind activation that is offered year-round and made accessible even within an urban setting.

Inspired by the pioneering work of marine biologist Dr. Wallace J. Nichols, Blue Mind describes the calm, meditative, and deeply restorative state we experience in, on, under, or near water. His book, "Blue Mind," is an extensive compilation of a diverse field of research that illuminates what humans have intuitively known for centuries: water has the power to calm the nervous system, quiet mental overstimulation, enhance creativity and connection, and return us to a more harmonious state of being.

In today’s fast-paced world, many of us spend our lives cycling between what Nichols describes as Red Mind and Grey Mind states.

Red Mind is the overstimulated state of constant urgency, stress, mental noise, anxiety, and pressure to perform.
Grey Mind is the heaviness of disconnection, burnout, numbness, fatigue, and emotional depletion.

Each 60-minute session draws you into the primordial waters of the ancient ocean through all of your senses, where the blue wave light and sound ambience cocoons you like the nurturing embrace of water itself. Through fluid restorative postures, breath work, and healing touch, your body is guided to harmonize and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Warm Himalayan salt stones (ancient rays of sunlight solidified), eucalyptus spa towels, and coherent, charged water clear your channels, while 528hz harmonic frequencies from my custom-made quartz crystal harp and gentle whale songs are gently absorbed into your inner ocean rippling into a deep nervous system recalibration.

Your 'inner ocean' is my way of describing you fourth phase of water crystalline body - the water that is by molecular weight - 99.92% of your entire physical body. By volume, our bodies are approximately 70% water, but the molecules of water are so small and so numerous, that world-renowned water researcher, Veda Austin, reflects, "There are more water molecules within our bodies than stars in the perceivable universe."

Details:

  • Hosted on select days - this is not a traditional yoga class, rather, an immersive experience for full body recalibration.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.

  • Bring your yoga mat, any props you enjoy, and water bottle (studio has limited mats/props/blankets available). Wear comfortable clothes.

  • Registration online is required one day before due to limited space.

  • Free parking in lot.
