The Blue Mind Voyage

A Wild Waters Wellness signature sailing retreat into the healing intelligence of Water

Special 2026 Introductory Price: $499

Step aboard the beautiful private charter, White Wings of Sail Door County, and allow the captivating wild waters of Door County to guide you into one of the most restorative states the human body can experience.

This immersive Wild Waters Wellness retreat is designed to awaken your Blue Mind—the calm, connected, and expansive state you enter when you are near, in, on, and around water. Coined by marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols, Blue Mind describes the neurological and emotional benefits that occur when the nervous system is held by the presence of water.

But long before science named it, our bodies already knew.

Water restores us.
Water harmonizes us.
Water brings us home to ourselves.

The Blue Mind Voyage is a curated day retreat created to revitalize that innate relationship.

Your Journey

Guided by Sarah Evenson—Founder of Wild Waters Wellness and a fifth-generation Door County local whose life has been shaped by these waters—you will journey through a day of intentional practices, nature connection, and restorative wellness.

As the sails open and the shoreline fades, you will be guided through a series of experiences designed to calibrate the nervous system and deepen your connection with the wild waters around you.

During the sail aboard White Wings , you will experience:

• A guided Blue Mind meditation
• A 528 Hz Quartz Crystal Harp harmonic sound journey
• The signature Wild Waters Rose Quartz Blessing Ritual honoring the waters that sustain us

Our destination is Horseshoe Island - uninhabited and an extension of Peninsula State Park. Nestled far enough away from the mainland to ‘feel’ deeper into Nature’s rhythm and expand into a fresh perspective.

Here, you will experience:

• A gentle nature therapy hike through the island forest
• A Wild Waters Wellness Signature Water Body Restorative Immersion on the shoreline
• A soul-craft integration activity
• A vibrant, prana-filled lunch prepared to support cellular hydration and nourish your body

Spacious time is also woven into the retreat so you may swim, journal, wander the shoreline, or simply sit and be in conversation with Water.

The return sail will include reflection, a celestial sound bath anchoring in your Blue Mind moments, and a final gratitude ritual for Water and all it shared with us.

An Intimate Retreat Experience

This voyage is intentionally small.

Each retreat participant will receive a Blue Bottle Love vessel filled with structured, blue solar water as a welcoming gift and tool for continuing your Water Body practices at home.

A portion of each registration will also be donated in support of the waters we gather with—because hydrated culture nourishes not just our own bodies, but the wellbeing of our natural world.
