Ayurveda is a time-tested, holistic wellness tradition and lifestyle dating back over 5,000 years. It is the sister science to Yoga. Translating to “The Science of Life” or “The Wisdom of Living,” Ayurveda draws its teachings from Nature and its timeless cycles. It reminds you that you are your own best healer, that your path to sustainable health is beautifully unique, and that true wellness is far more accessible than we’ve been led to believe.
This 2-hour immersive introduction will include insight into the doshas, the 6 tastes and digestion, and daily rituals to support your body’s syncing back up with nature’s rhythm and optimal abilities.

Ayurveda has always recognized that each of us carries our own unique blueprint while also being deeply connected to everything around us. When we awaken to that truth — or more accurately, when we remember — wellness stops feeling like a prescription or a fad. It becomes a natural rhythm, an inner knowing, and a lifelong path that already lives within you.
