Step away from the pace of everyday life and spend the Fall Equinox immersed in warmth, water, movement, sound, reflection, and meaningful connection.

Join Sarah Evenson, founder of Wild Waters Wellness, and Marjorie Stordeur, founder of Forest Bay Sauna, for a beachside, co-ed retreat inspired by the complementary elements of fire and water.

Throughout the day, Sarah and Marjorie will guide you through a thoughtfully woven experience that includes nature therapy, restorative yoga, sound healing, a guided Finnish sauna session, optional cold plunging, seasonal nourishment, reflection, and a closing beach fire and cacao ceremony. A full, self-serve seasonal lunch will be available along with Ojas-boosting (immunity boosting) snacks. Lunch will become a nourishing immersion into seasonal Ayurvedic fare made to support your body in the fall season. Primarily GF, Dairy-Free, and Vegan, you will have seasonal, high-prana options to add meat, dairy, and whole grains. The Fall menu is warm, spiced, grounding, and rejuvenative.

For thousands of years, cultures around the world have gathered around fire and water for renewal, reflection, ceremony, and connection. Throughout this retreat, these ancient elements become our guides, helping us reconnect with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom that lives within us.

Water invites us to soften, receive, adapt, and flow, reminding us of our innate capacity for restoration as the gentle rhythm of the Bay of Green Bay quiets the mind and nourishes the spirit. Fire offers its own sacred medicine—bringing warmth, illuminating what has been hidden, transforming what no longer serves us, and inspiring the courage to move forward with renewed clarity. 

Together, they create an alchemy that mirrors the rhythms within us: movement and stillness, warmth and coolness, surrender and transformation. As we move between shoreline and sauna, reflection and community, we'll honor the changing seasons both around us and within us, leaving grounded, renewed, and deeply connected to nature, ourselves, and one another.

No previous sauna, yoga, or cold-plunge experience is needed. Every element is invitational, and you are encouraged to participate in the way that feels right for your body.

Come with someone you love or arrive on your own. You will be welcomed into a thoughtful, inclusive circle with room to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. Limited to just 12 participants.
